CANCELLATION POLICY
As I greatly value your time I ask for the same respect as time is valued as an independent hairstylist. I understand life happens and situations can come out of nowhere, but I please ask that you give a 48 hour notice to any cancellations or reschedule to any appointments. Any appointments cancelled after the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the service fee, including excessive rescheduled appointments after the 48 hour window.
